Which videos can I upload?
Use one MP4 up to 10 MiB. Video upscale accepts 1–30 seconds. SeedVR2 accepts 1–10 seconds at up to 30 fps. The studio measures the actual file and checks the selected model before quoting.
How are credits calculated?
The measured input length is rounded up to whole seconds. At 1080p, Video upscale costs 2 credits per input second and SeedVR2 costs 4. A 5.167-second clip therefore costs 12 or 24 credits. Review the current quote before submitting.
Can I use it on Free or export 4K?
Current plans permit 1080p upscaling on eligible accounts. Free is limited to 720p, so it cannot run this operation. 4K is not available under current plans. Paid checkout is not open; plan access is a preview.
What should I review in the output?
Compare the complete source and output frames, printed details, motion and audio. The original aspect is sent without a crop. Inspect the delivered dimensions: the study below measures 1890×1080. Fine detail and audio should be reviewed before publishing.
