Cut Marketing Terms of Service

1. Definitions

• "You" means the individual or organisation that accepts these Terms and uses the Service.
• "Your Content" means images, video, audio, text, product information and other material you upload or enter.
• "Outputs" means images, video, voice, text and other material the Service generates with AI models at your request.
• "Credits" means the units consumed when you use generation features.

2. Acceptance and changes

• By signing in with Google and using the Service you accept these Terms.
• We may change these Terms within the limits of the law. We announce changes at least 7 days in advance, or 30 days for changes unfavourable to you.
• If you do not accept a change, you may stop using the Service and ask us to delete your account.

3. Accounts

• Sign-up and sign-in are available only with a Google account. You must be at least 14 years old.
• Keep your account and sessions secure and tell us at support@cutmarketing.app immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.
• If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you can bind it to these Terms.

4. The Service

• We provide AI video, image and voice generation, cloning, UGC avatar videos, lip-sync, listing image sets, photo editing, templates, project and asset management, and experiment and report comparison.
• Available models, features and quality options may be added, changed or discontinued because of model providers or operational needs.
• We may suspend the Service temporarily for maintenance, incidents or provider issues, with notice where possible.

5. Credits

• A new account receives a one-time grant of 30 trial credits, valid for 30 days.
• The credits needed for a generation depend on the model, resolution, duration and number of outputs and are shown before you generate. Requesting a generation reserves the shown credits; failed or cancelled generations release them automatically.
• Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred or redeemed for money.
• Paid checkout (subscriptions or credit purchases) is not open. When paid plans launch we will publish prices, payment, cancellation and refund terms, which will be added to these Terms.

6. Your Content

• You keep all rights in Your Content.
• You grant us and our processors a free, non-exclusive licence to use Your Content only as needed to provide the Service (storing, converting, processing with AI models and displaying results). The licence ends when you delete the content or your account.
• You must have the rights (copyright, trademarks, publicity) and the consent of any people shown in the content you upload.
• We do not show Your Content to other users or use it to train AI models.

7. Outputs

• To the extent the law allows, you own the Outputs and may use them commercially, including in advertising.
• AI Outputs may not be unique and similar results may be generated for others. Copyright may not subsist in AI-generated material under applicable law.
• Outputs are drafts. Before publishing you are responsible for checking product accuracy, advertising and consumer law, health and medical claims rules, platform ad policies and third-party rights.
• Exact lip-sync, voice and caption timing and exact reproduction of product shapes are not guaranteed.
• We ask for your permission before using your Outputs in our marketing. Examples on our site are produced by us.

8. Acceptable use

You must not:

• Synthesise a real person's face or voice without their consent, impersonate others, or create deceptive deepfakes
• Create content involving or sexualising minors, non-consensual intimate content or illegally filmed material
• Infringe copyright, trademarks, publicity or other rights, or copy competitors' ads in a confusing way
• Produce false or misleading advertising, unsupported efficacy or medical claims, or financial scams
• Produce hate, harassment, incitement to violence, terrorism, or promotion of illegal goods and services
• Circumvent credits, limits or security, send excessive automated requests, or reverse-engineer or scrape the Service or its models
• Access other users' accounts or data without permission

9. Suspension and termination

• If you breach section 8 or the law, we may block generation requests, revoke credits, suspend or delete your account, with prior notice (or afterwards in urgent cases).
• You may end the agreement at any time by asking support@cutmarketing.app to delete your account. Your Content, Outputs and remaining credits are then deleted and cannot be restored, so download what you need first.

10. Third-party services

The Service relies on Google sign-in, Cloudflare, Pickshot and AI model providers. Outages or policy changes at these providers may limit some features; we will try to provide alternatives or let you know.

11. Limitation of liability

• We are not liable for damage caused without our intent or negligence, such as natural disasters or third-party provider outages.
• We do not guarantee advertising performance or sales, and we are not liable for disputes arising from your publication or use of Outputs or from your failure to review them.
• For features currently provided free of charge (including trial credits) we are not liable except where the law provides otherwise; this does not limit liability for our intent or gross negligence.
• You are responsible for damage to us or others caused by your breach of these Terms or the law.

12. Notices

We contact you through your Google account email, in-product notices or the site. You can reach us at hello@cutmarketing.app or support@cutmarketing.app.

13. Governing law and venue

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
• Disputes go to the court with jurisdiction under the Korean Civil Procedure Act. Mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence still apply where they give you more protection.

Supplementary provisions

• These Terms take effect on 8 November 2026.
• Terms of the affiliate programme are provided on approval and prevail over these Terms for that programme.
