What payment methods do you accept?

Paid checkout is not open yet, so we are not charging any payment method today. When plans go on sale, the accepted methods will be listed on this page and in Billing & credits. New accounts can start with Cut Marketing's 30 trial credits without a card.

How are credits deducted when generating advertising videos?

Video models use credits per second and image models per output. The studio shows the exact cost before you submit. A generation reserves its shown cost, and a failed job releases the reservation automatically.

Do unused credits roll over to the next billing cycle?

Trial credits are a one-time grant valid for 30 days. Paid plans are not on sale yet, so there is no billing cycle or rollover today. Each credit lot and its expiry are listed in Billing & credits.

What if I need more credits?

Each plan preview lists the monthly credits it is planned to include. Checkout is not open, so neither plans nor credit packs can be purchased yet. If an evaluation needs more trial credits, email ksj00073@gmail.com.

How can I determine how many advertising assets my credits can generate?

Plan cards estimate output from our lowest-cost model: 5 credits per second (25 credits for a 5-second video) and 2 credits per image. The exact number depends on the model, resolution, duration and number of outputs. The studio shows the exact cost before every run.

What is your refund policy?
